“If we keep doing what we’re doing, we’re going to keep getting what we’re getting”.
- Stephen Covey

The International Coaching Federation describes coaching as partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise their personal and professional potential.

I am an ICF Approved Coach. I have also completed an ICF approved Certificate in Career Coaching.

As your Coach, I will work with you to help you to develop greater self-awareness, enabling you to ascertain your real career blockers and understand how to overcome these. Together we will map out a plan for you to reach your chosen career goals and so gain a renewed sense of purpose at work.

The desire to link our personal values and purpose with our job and work place culture is becoming more relevant and important. A disconnect can lead to a feeling of restlessness and lack of authenticity. I assist clients to align their career motivations and aspirations with their life ambitions and purpose.

Perhaps you’re thinking that you can’t make time for coaching. As your coach I will work with you to help you gain a fresh perspective and renewed clarity. As a result, you become more focused and productive. In turn this will enable you to free up time and sustain a healthier work/life balance.

Having a Coach is an investment in yourself, giving you the best opportunity to achieve what you aspire to be.

I coach

  • Women executives and leaders.

  • Individuals stuck on career autopilot.

  • Individuals keen to accelerate their current career.

  • Individuals striving to achieve a sustainable work/life balance.

 Women Executives and Leaders

Whilst the benefits of gender diversity and inclusion in the work place are widely accepted, in many organisations women continue to be under represented in senior executive and leadership roles. This trend is exaggerated in those industries which have traditionally been male dominated. I have empathy for women progressing their careers in these industries. This is where I have spent my working life.

My insight and passion equip me to coach women to -

  • Identify and examine real and perceived obstacles and decide how to overcome them.

  • Develop presence and build confidence to stand tall and be yourself.

  • Build resilience and better manage stress.

  • Put strategies in place to effectively progress a career whilst managing life outside of work.

Career Autopilot

Why is it that so many are frustrated and demotivated with work, yet resign themselves with an ‘oh well it pays the rent’ outlook. Dissatisfaction can manifest for many reasons. Perhaps you have outgrown your role and feel that you are no longer achieving or able to put your skills and experience to best use.

Whether you are seeking to change career or return to work, my coaching programme will -

  • Give you the clarity to confirm your professional goals.

  • Help you to identify your strengths and establish any skill gaps.

  • Enable you to evaluate career options and make a career decision.

  • Prepare and implement a plan to achieve your professional goals.

  • Keep you motivated and inspired to achieve your ambitions.

“We are at our most productive and creative when we are happy and being ourselves at work”.
- Richard Branson

Career Acceleration

Do you want to increase your opportunity for promotion? Or perhaps are you in a new role and keen to make an early positive impact?

Being coached will enable you to -

  • Prioritise and secure some ‘quick wins.’

  • Plan for future success.

  • Recognise your strengths and areas for further development.

  • Gain insight into the broader aspects of senior roles, such as gaining respect and influencing.

Work/Life Balance

Is work draining all of your energy, yet at the same time not fulfilling you? In our hectic lives we often don’t allow ourselves the time to take stock and consider what we want our future to look like.

Coaching will:

  • Empower you to shift your current mindset – to discover where you can change.

  • Provide you with space and time to objectively think and evaluate your current situation

  • Allow you to determine your priorities and what you can ‘let go.’

  • Enable you to value yourself more highly and regain a more meaningful, balanced life.

“Many people seem to think that success in one area can compensate for failure in other areas. But can it really?”
- Stephen Covey
