My mission is to inspire you to grow as a visionary, impactful and authentic leader and role model, excel in a rewarding career whilst sustaining a fulfilling life. I have a genuine empathy with working women who additionally juggle caregiving, typically for parents, with their career and wider family responsibilities.

Despite ability and ambition, many women face obstacles to reaching their full potential:

  • lack of confidence

  • self doubt
  • limited opportunities
  • skills/experience gap.

Often it is the beliefs that we hold about ourselves that become the obstacle. Perhaps negative self-talk is at the heart of the issue? Working in partnership with me, you will be able to test and challenge your beliefs. I will encourage you to see that you do have the power within you to shift your mindset and let go of self-doubt.
